The location near a large shopping mall was very convenient, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hot food that was enjoyable. However, the slow Wi-Fi made it difficult to work effectively. Additionally, the noise from nearby nightlife impacted my sleep quality, which could be improved for a better stay.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like the spa, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in, and the restaurant manager surprised me with pastries in my room. Highly recommend!

There was nothing I didn't like.

the breakfast had a limited selection of fruit. but the rooms had great closet space and even a Turkish coffee maker. the gym was small but had brilliant equipment. loved the hot water available anytime.

Great staff but needs work

Had a decent stay with my family. The bellboy, Mr Oktay, was super helpful, making our check-in smoother. Loved that there were coffee-making facilities in the room, a nice touch. The heating worked well, but the Wi-Fi was slow and a bit frustrating when trying to browse. Breakfast had some solid options too.
